RECRUITMENT IN OUR PRESCHOOL LASTS ALL YEAR!

 

Recruitment for the school year 2024/2025

 

From September 2024 we invite children to groups:

​

PREP (GRADE „0”) – with preperation for further education at Warsaw Bilingual School (year of birth 2018).

After completing grade „0” students continue their education in grade „1” at Warsaw Bilingual School.

Place of education:

  • Grade „0” – preschool building, (Miłobędzka 14)

  • Grade „1” – primary school building (Radarowa 6)

 

PREP (GRADE „0”) -  with preperation for further education at other reputable primary schools in Warsaw (year of birth 2016)

 

3-year-olds - year of birth 2021

4-year-olds - year of birth 2020

5-year-olds - year of birth 2019

 

Applications will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.

We give priority to applicants whose siblings attend our preschool and to those children who took part in Saturday adaptation meetings. Children are enrolled in our preschool after signing the agreement and submitting the registration fee.

 

Documents connected with child’s enrollment: kindergarten service agreement, kindergarten organization, kindergarten law statute, preschool student information form, child health report, regulation of cooperation with kindergarten.

  1. The purpose of data processing is: recruitment of children to the school.

  2. Legal basis for processing: Act of 7 September 1991 about the system of education (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1943, 1954, 1985 and 2169, and 2017 item  60, 949 and 1292): Act of 14 December 2016 - Educational Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 59)

  3. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the recruitment process.

  4. You have the right to access your data and the right to correct  it, remove the processing limit, the right to transfer data, the right to oppose, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (the possibility exists if the processing takes place on the basis of consent and not, for example, on the basis of the provisions authorizing the administrator to process this data).

  5. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body,  the President of the Office for Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) regarding the protection of personal data on April 27, 2016 (RODO)

  6. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

  7. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization.

  8. Your personal data will be stored until recruitment is completed.
